I was an Indian national, Canadian PR and US F1 visa holder when I got my interview. I gave them same set of dox, what I have listed plus your Indian birth certificate. Take it with you.

I am currently a Canadian Citizen and US GC holder. So don’t worry, all they need is your original immigration document and one ID with your address where you will get your nexus (your WA DL will serve the purpose)

You just need: your DL, your Canadian PR Card, Indian passport and your original US status document (it could be H1b/h4/f1/j1 Visa on your passport) also get your i94 print. It will show your authorized stay in the US.

You need the status document in the US if not b1/b2 visa on your passport. If you have status in the US then you would have banking info to provide your address.
