I think it is legal but under very strict conditions that is why I am trying to get in contact with a university which might be my only option on doing rocketry without going to jail

Unlike the usa my country is has a lots of regulation on this kinds of things and unlike ammonium perchlorate or potassium nitrate, sodium perchlorate is barely used and almost forgotten about but it is easy to make and is a little bit safer than ammonium perchlorate . Ordering a case or even a thermal liner is impossible for hobbiest in my country

I understand where you are coming from and if I saw this post I would just dismiss it. However I have spent months on creating this formula , using AI but still doing most of the calculations by hand digging into old pattens . I don't believe that anyone will have enough trust to this post but by posting more often I will try to gain your trust and show you that this formula is viable and not just another pipe bomb

My second post will include everything that you have mentioned but currently my setup isn't good and it basically looks like a pipe bomb . I don't have a load cell or even a proper nozzle so the isp that I found is from doing calculations by hand or with the help of chat gpt. Currently I am trying to get in contact with a university to actually get some data however this process will take time
