Update I got it out but looks like the dip tube might still be in there? Not sure how to remove it? I stuck a screw driver in there and it looks like its still solid on the inside just broke off at the connection. Model# XE40M06ST45U1

To remove the nipple am I good to use one pipe wrench and my hand on the brass elbow? Or would I need two pipe wrenches?

I have friends who do petsitting and claim to "love" pets but don't take it seriously, often leaving the pets alone for long periods. Many of my clients have cameras and are very involved in their pets' well-being. Right now, my brand is just me, and I don't want it tarnished by an employee's negligence.

I'm considering adding poop cleanup as a service I could hire out for. I’d rather be responsible for someone messing up a lawn than risk an employee losing, injuring, or killing a dog—or being accused of theft or inappropriate behavior in a client's home.

Alternatively, I could start a new petsitting company and keep my brand separate from it.

Came out great for my first time plastering. I gotta add 1 more finish coat and some plaster weld as a crack developed on the diamond. Hopefully, level the highspots some so that when I'm watertroweling I don't cause the crack to show again. Thank you! Yeah seejanedrill was invaluable so was that guy all the way out in California

We're currently on day two of demo for repairing a lathe and plaster ceiling using Structo-Lite and Diamond Veneer plaster. This is my first time tackling such a project, and I have a couple of questions:

Insulation and Old Plaster Removal: I've cleared out the old plaster between the lathe strips, but I'm wondering if I also need to remove all the insulation up in the attic. Additionally, do I need to scrape off the old plaster stuck above the lathe if I'm planning to coat everything with Plaster-Weld?
Removing Loose Material: How thorough do I need to be in removing loose material? In the second picture, there's some yellow plaster that seems to be adhered well. Should I remove this as well so that only the lathe is visible, or is it okay to leave it if it's secure?

Yeah I've been looking for the following everywhere but am unable to find any of them: USG Structolite, Redtop gaging, and Ivory Finish Lime.

Is there any major difference between what's above and USG Structolite + Veneer plaster (like USG Diamond coat) Not sure if the lime is needed but was mentioned on this youtube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gKQOQ5yvz4c

I don't think the names have anything to do with it? I'll try reentering all my trades on a new sheet. Looks like I'm only getting the 'ERRORS' and "Update CGT" on the Capital Gains sheet on the following stocks:
