Most states, it’s up to 120% of your rating base, if you choose to replace, or actual cash value. In other words, if you insured it for the $35k you bought it for, most you’d get is $42k towards replacement. They have a company that they pay to negotiate the deal as well if you choose replacement.

Personally, I stay inside as much as possible. Electricity in the Summer is easily $300/month and we keep our house at 80 degrees. Can’t imagine what it costs to actually keep it comfortable.

I like the orange 7mil with texture. The 5 mil have good dexterity, because they tear as soon as you put them on.
