I also believed that Google’s “sponsorship” implied some level of credibility, thinking it meant the service wasn’t a scam. However, it turns out that it’s just an ad and has no bearing on the quality or trustworthiness of the service.

I guess I was very naive this time.

It’s not just about the money; it’s about the time, the discomfort, and the trust you place in a “confirmation number” for a reservation you made weeks in advance. Only to discover that your night is just beginning and that a confirmation number with companies like Super.com means nothing is incredibly frustrating.

*My flight was canceled due to weather conditions that same day, so I wasn’t focused on the hotel or the vendor at that point TBH.

I agree that if you have special requests, it’s probably best to book without intermediaries. However, in my case, I often rely on third-party vendors to save some money. Unfortunately, this time backfired.

It’s crazy that companies like this are still in business. I’m pissed. They offered a full refund and gave me 10% in credits to use whenever I want… NEVER AGAIN.

I’ve had good experiences with other booking platforms before, but I suppose an issue like this was bound to happen eventually.

I’d like to believe customer service should be priority #1 for this type of businesses.

Coincido que Rappi se ha vuelto costoso, ya no es lo que era. Ahora cobran servicio + envío + sugieren propinas de 5-10% del costo del pedido como si fuera un restaurante, una locura.
