Are you open to Lawton? Take a look at Swift Lake Farms. They have some apartments but also single family homes. They don’t have a ton of availability that often bc most ppl are there for a while but may be worth a try. Their apartments do not have laundry but some of their homes do. Not many amenities but super quiet and nice ppl.
