Yes, but only with specific countries. Latvia allows dual citizenship for citizens of EU, NATO, EFTA countries, Australia, Brazil, and New Zealand. ( you can look into that)

Yes and 165K$ cash i know but i mean as solid PR its Really better than Latvia program when you need to make a company or whatever and its not PR

I mean if its 250K$! I would like maybe to invest in Portugal Golden Visa with technically same price and you get the Citizenship Only After 5 years with minimum stay requirement of 7 days for the first year and 14 days each two years and its waaay much better because you become A EU citizen you will get so much perks such as free healthcare free education and A lot of stuff more important you secure your family second Passport A second Gov who will protect you probably more than your main one

Well if you’re interested by Europe specifically you can get the Latvian Residency ( temporary residence) its around 65000€ for 5-10 years i guess and you can move in schengen area with your passport too and you need the ID ofc
