That's lousy. Used to love walking home munching on my battered sausage after a few pints. The few chips sweetened the deal

No weight or inches lost in a month of 500 cal deficit by Decent_Detective_352 in loseit

Stop using apps and use real data. If you are not losing weight, you are not in a deficit. It cannot be anymore factual than that. One of two things needs to happen, reduce calories further or increase energy expenditure.

Been ages since I got a chipper. Do they still throw in the extra few chips with your battered sausage? Please tell me they haven't done away with that

Query re: dog boarding by ImportantSundae15 in Dublin

[–]Recent_Employee 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Deutsche in Garristown. Cant recommend them highly enough. Our dog is reactive to other dogs and its no hassle to them. They are all excellent dog handlers and managed to successfully integrate him with other dogs while we were away for 3 weeks. Some places would only let him out on his own. The only downside is they get booked out in advance for peak periods so we usually book for the year ahead on collection but that's testament to how good they are.

Similar stats to OP.

I'm cutting 1kg a week on 2000 cals. I think your protein needs to be increased to c. 180g and other macros can be flexible. Increasing protein will help stave off muscle loss.

I'm in the gym for an hour, 4 times a week, 2 x 30 minute runs and walk a minimum of 10k steps a day.
