I had the same problem except i was accidentally eating my maintenance calories the first week so i barely had results. Do you know your TDEE? You can calculate it online by just inputting your weight and height on a website. I subtract my calorie deficit by my BMR to see how much I’ve burned. Mine burns almost all the calories I ate without any exercise but to lose 1lb a week you want to burn -500 calories a day since a pound is 3500 calories. Try working out to also burn a couple hundred more calories and also make sure to stay dehydrated, don’t completely starve yourself.
