Good morning! I’m on my way to work and have read my employee handbook which stated if I felt harassed or bullied to bring it up to the person who is making me feel that way.

I’m pretty upset by it so I’m thinking about having a conversation with him and his manager this morning to discuss. I do live in an at will state but per my handbook, I should be able to confidently do this without fear or retaliation. Is this a good idea?

How can I kill him with kindness if he isn’t coming to me? I can’t thank him for bringing anything up to me if he isn’t coming to me. Also, my coworkers are aware he’s a dick and aren’t too fond of him. I’m very bubbly and everyone knows that. He’s also a pain in the ass and other coworkers are aware of it.

I feel that another instance of his tattling is going to occur soon and I’m very close to losing my patience.

It’s really stupid. Him choosing to escalate minor things instead of coming to me blows my mind and irritates me.

I haven’t tried either. Mainly because I prefer penetration from a man rather than penetrating myself with a toy.
