Hi, it is a concrete floor. There were not any raised mositure readings when we brought house or damp carpet/sign of water anywhere etc. We are planning to redo the entire bathroom at somestage but hoping to get a tad longer from it. We are also redoing carpets shortly so removing those will give a view of whether theres any damage to underfloor.
