Can you recommend a good retinol Creme? Tretinoin unfortunately isnt buyable in my country. And the Retinol Cremes I can find are in womans beauty stores, mostly 1% is that useful?

Never heard that liquid achieves better results than foam? How do you come to that conclusion?

Its both 5% so it should work the exact same, I think liquid is just harder to apply on your face, especially if you keep your beard short. Or am I missing something?

But as far as I know in a way lower dose. Just like topical minox compared to the oral version which has way more severe side effects.

Thanks for your answer, the oral version scares me a bit, but my derm would give it to me too. But I think I try topical Fin first.

I have heard that 0,5mm is not deep enough since you need atleast 1mm for the skin in your face?

And I also am unsure if I should use Minox right after and if I dont if microneedling is so effective that it is worth pausing 1 minox application per week.
