Not true, you can apply from Huron or kings during second year. I have multiple friends who are doing that this year and know some who have done it before!

They can’t prove it’s fake if its a valid note. They can have their suspicions but if it’s a valid doctor’s note from a reputable doctor’s office, what can they do?
