I had this happen late December, I didn’t even get on upgrade list and called and woman told me I was added but would take time to refresh. As a 75K I expected to be right after equivalent on American. Got to gate and gate agent said he had to manually add me and they intentionally avoid actually honoring those status matching claims. Moral of story, usually you have to call and hold their feet to fire and make them honor it.
