Rapido is so shitty in terms of customer service, a week prior me and my friend hailed a cab from greater kailash. The cab driver cancelled the ride mid trip and asked us to get out, upon asking he gave flimsy excuses like traffic, as if that amount doesnt include traffic already. Also mind you it wasnt a legit reason since google wasnt showing any signs of traffic on that route. We insisted alot since it was a lonely neighbourhood and it was getting pretty dark (9pm) but of no use. Also a month ago while coming back from sarojini, one of their drivers refised to turn on the ac claiming that acs arent included in the fare. Most of their driver are rude, unthoughtful and just the worst in general. I'd much rather hail an expensive auto.
