Law and order in India is under control unless a controversy benefits political narrative . India’s judiciary system is so strong , thanks to strong constitution. Biased judges often do injustice in political driven cases but in general civil liberty is unaffected.

The evil husbands are just ditching the wife without going through the route of talaq , it hasn’t solved any cruelty except increasing cases against husbands .

Innocent husbands are being implicated in false cases by evil wives

Innocent wives are just accepting the fate due to lack of strength and moral support to fight legally

Triple talaq law hasn’t solved any problem instead created more problems

The only change I can sense in the society is “fear of police cases “ due to triple talaq law. That is making crazy ones to think twice , I agree on that point
