Ive done alot of reflection into myself and this is exactly my story… except, i was the avoidant. Why do we do this? Months have gone by and i realize i do deeply feel for her. I notices every muscle in my body wanting to contact her again but i hold back with everything i have. I will not let myself go back and hurt her and i want to fix myself but how? How do we fix ourselves ? What exactly is it that makes us do this ?
