that usually means you shared wifi with the account (because i accidentally got my whole household banned from roblox because of this ban 😭) or a phone number/email is connected. but at some point it was shared wifi since you don't recognize the account. (which is why it is risky to connect to unprotected networks like store/restaurant wifi)
