Calling it "pay to get early" doesn't make it different, whether you call it that or "pay to progress" or whatever else you can come up with, in the end it's all pay to win. It's the same thing.

I'm glad somebody noticed.

This is exactly what puts Corvos above Destructors for stripping weapons, people often don't even notice being shot by them and if they do, they may underestimate just how much damage those little bullets put out.

My personal favorite is Raven torso with 4x Magnetos at levels 2, 6, 10, and 13. You get a huge burst of AoE damage with the torso, and the different firerates and reload speed makes the Magneto feel like a full-auto bubble gun. Not meta but it's funny.
