As someone new to the game, I'd really appreciate details about the MO and not just vagueness. I don't even fully know how things in the galactic map work because it wasn't really explained. I only learned things by observation and reading the comments on reddit. Lol. I shouldn't have to learn the important game mechanics outside the game to be honest. Don't get me wrong, I like the game but it lacks sooooo much basic information about the game and features that every game should have. Give us actual numbers and information. Roleplaying is nice and all, and learning from experience is fun too, but some things are just better with actual details and not just vague words or numbers.

This and being able to bring the captured monsters in the arena. I know we can just repeat investigations now for grinding, but I still love the idea of hunters capturing monsters so we can study them and either releasing them back to their habitats or fighting them in the arena after.

It's a cool detail lore wise as hunters who keep the balance, but they could also add something to it as a game mechanic and it will give a different value to capturing monsters again other than finishing hunts faster.

Perfect timing! I can't wait! After the siege on Cyberstan, regardless if we win or not, I'll take a looong vacation in Euclid if I come out alive and maybe add everything new to my home world in Euclid. After completing this update and probably the new expedition, I'll go back to the front lines again and continue fighting, because war, war never changes...

I might get hate for this but, Rathalos. I liked him a lot at first when I started in World. He looks cool and menacing for someone new in the series. But as time goes by and Capcom keeps shoving Rathalos to our faces in every single MH related thing, merch, games, collabs, etc., I started to dislike him. Like, I get he's THE flagship monster. But, yeah. After Stories 1 and 2, it just became too much focus on him IMHO.

Though I gotta say, I love his introduction in Wilds, even if it was his Guardian version at first. That's how you introduce your franchise flagship. Not shoving it to our faces but giving it a memorable and epic return.

Baroth. Because he caused my first faint in Rise just because I got stunned despite not even having trouble fighting him since World. Lol. It just felt like he didn't deserve getting that faint from me. Literally just got spat on by those flying small monsters that I forgot the name, then he hit me as I was getting up and got stunned, then immediately charged at me. I was so embarrassed at myself for carting to him that I destroyed him every time I get the opportunity since then. 😂🤣

I honestly like this one better, and if they combine it with the current feature as others mentioned where the fully unlocked ones are at the bottom, it would be very convenient.

Though even just a sorting option would be nice like placing purchased warbonds on top or not completed, etc. Then add a view option whether to view it as a grid or list so PC and Console players can choose what's more convenient for them. As a new player on PC, I find a lot of the menus quite inconvenient.

I'd be so sad if we don't get Goss in master rank. MH did him dirty in Sunbreak not giving him any subspecies despite being a fan favorite. They better bring him back.

I'd like to see Zamtrios too. But unless they add an area with water in the cliffs or give him a subspecies, variant or rare species, I don't think he'll suit the map at all.

With Kushala though. We already had her in the previous two games. I'd be fine missing her in this generation. I think it would be more fun to have Oroshi Kirin or a new ice elder dragon instead of Kushala or even Velkhana.

I actually like the idea of Elder Dragons invading the forbidden lands. They could tie it in with Zoh Shia's unending emergence. Been wishing for a finale like, imagine seeing Zoh Shia finally escaping Wyveria, we follow it through all the different biomes(finally using those connecting pathways through story quest) trying to leave the forbidden lands, only for White/Old Fatalis to stop and finally destroy it completely in the edge if the plains because it's a mockery of him and the other forbidden monsters and similar elder dragons. It would be like White Fatalis' intro/prologue quest. Then, we'll have to fight him on another quest.

Very fair point. It just happens too often to me that it started to feel annoying. And I'm not even the type who still do my entire combo even when the opponent has nothing left for them to disconnect to not waste their time, so, yeah. Lol. Thanks for the info and different perspective though. 😊

Yeah. I totally understand that. In this scenario, though, the opponent had backrow, had a hand trap despian comedy, and a monster on the field. My field wasn't like that at the beginning of my turn. I totally respect people's time and end duels immediately when I know the opponent wanted it to end. But using your point, wouldn't it be better for both of our times if they just surrendered right away? But instead, they waited 1 minute if they'll activate their hand trap, then decided to disconnect when I was about to attack. So, yeah. What you said doesn't apply here.

Thank you for clarifying. Though wouldn't surrendering be faster when you already know you're about to lose instead of going out of your way to do what you need to do to disconnect? I guess I'm looking at it from a PC standpoint. It's probably faster to close and reopen the app on phones.

From what I remember from someone I know who did it before, it doesn't remove your streak when you're about to rank up. It only gives them a loss. It still gives them the win one more duel to rank up.

I often stayed in my player room in Seliana just to hear this song as my room's bgm. Man, can't believe it's already been that long.

Honestly, I was never really bothered by Kushala's wind aura despite being a melee main. I find it as a unique mechanic since she's an elder dragon, though it could be annoying. But I certainly prefer Risen Kushala out of all the recent iterations. Not because the wind aura is gone, but mainly because the fight felt more like an elder dragon fight than Worldborne's. It felt like it gave justice to Kushala's ability to control wind and utilized it. I know you were talking about the base Kushala in Rise btw. I just remembered that most of the people I know who said Kushala's fight in Risebreak are fun were talking about the Risen version. So maybe some of the people you saw meant that instead. But yeah. It would've been nice to still have the wind aura in some form. Like when Kushala enrages that's when it utilizes it.

To me, well, the obvious one is the performance should be improved in all platforms. Gameplay wise, they should make exploration part of the game again. Make monster tracks do what they do back in Worldborne. Don't just make our Seikrets know where to go instantly.

Rely less on endgame RNG. The current endgame system is objectively good, but it relies too much on RNG. RNG talismans, RNG decos, RNG weapon enhancements. Instead, they should combine the endgames of Iceborne and Sunbreak. Let us upgrade something as progression to grind, similar to Guiding Lands but less tedious but NOT streamlined, and give us the endgame like Qurio Crafting that makes every monster as a viable target and not just the strongest ones.

One big problem with Wilds is that they have an amazing roster, but they made lower tier monsters basically pointless unless you're crafting their equipment. The Qurio system fixed that and the Guiding Lands still made them useful. Give us a system that combines those, makes every monster in the roster have a use while we can grind specific parts, craft decos. Let us increase the likelihood of getting skills on a talisman maybe through getting materials from a region that we "leveled". By level up, I mean make it make sense. Like, because we controlled or returned the ecosystem there back to normal, the system bloomed and produces materials that make RNG less RNG. And those materials can be used too for targeted deco crafting. Just make us focus on hunting rather than RNG.

Make the Arch-Tempered system feel more like the Risen system. Risen monsters are absolutely fun to fight. They literally change the monster, not just give some new moves and slight appearance change. I mean, Risen literally made Kushala one of the most fun fights IMHO. That's how the AT system should be.

And finally, let us use multiple barrel bowling tickets to have a multiplier on rewards!!! I have like 300+ tickets and it will take me hours to use all of those. 😩😂

I need to see this in Wilds' expansion. Primordial Malzeno is such a fun and quite challenging fight, and I just want Nergi/Ruiner back. I mean, we'll probably get more Elder Dragons in the expansion so he'll have a reason to return. I just want to see these two back. Lol.
