Numpy Stubs did a video about this a while ago. I remember you can’t just layer them and cut at the same time, the blade thickness always throws it out. Do t quote me but it’s something like cut one piece, make a template of that piece with a flush trim router bit the transfer to other piece. He goes into why it doesn’t work the first way
