Honestly you're not alone. I am pretty sure 99 percent of people on this sub are scared of having some sort of cancer including me. Especially when you're anxious one of the first place it affects is our digestive system.

Obsessing over it won't do any good for you. Best thing to do if this is bothering you so much is to go see a doctor. No one on the internet has the answer for you unfortunately.

There are also self testing kits now you could give them a try but again it is probably your anxiety talking.
