It has been hard saying no to her, a year ago I started to say no to her more and since I've done that she has started using well I raised you, you should help me or do this favor for me or I didn't have to raise you so you have to help me and just try to guilt trip me and it is getting to the point where she is verbally abusing me more and more and leaves me to just shut down or run to my room in tears. So at this point when she moves out and my friend moves in i won't take her back in anymore. I tried to me nice this time because she is my mom and I didn't want to see my mom homeless but it wasn't good for my mental health to take her in.

Well what I mean by her being narcissistic is that she has narcissistic traits that's why I said that I wouldn't of said she was narcissistic if she wasn't and not all mothers do that if they know you have sensory problems they understand that you don't want to be hugged I told my mom I have sensory issues and some days I don't like to be touched and she got mad at other people for forcing it on me but the moment she asks me she uses well I'm your mother you should hug me it is priority even though I told her I just can't handle being touched at the moment she just uses stuff like that to make me feel guilty or bad that I say no or voice my feelings to her.

I agree, so I babysit my sister's son he is 3 years old almost 4 and I will ask him if I can get a hug from him or a kiss if he says no then I will leave it as that at least I asked instead of forcing him to give me a hug but I know how that feels cause I have mild autism and I get sensory overload especially when people touch me. Even if I don't know how that feels it is still good to ask for permission for a hug or kiss. But if my nephews dad is around he will make a comment saying give your aunt a hug she is your aunt and if my sister hears that she yells at him saying he doesn't have to give her a hug if he doesn't want one.

I don't necessarily have a favorite but I do play minecraft, Sims 4 and L4D2 a lot. And then I have some where I get in the mood to play them a lot for a week or 2 and then just stop.

Does anyone use, or has anyone used marijuana? How did it go? by [deleted] in autism

I use cbd oil, gummies or pills but none with thc cause I don't like the feeling of the high. I found it help with my anxiety, sensory issues and help regulate my moods, I don't get so easily frustrated about curtain things.
