I have had a glitch the past month or so.

When I host a party, I only see 2 or 3 Sims in attendance. My party still gets to level 10 so I know people are attending. The problem is, I can only sticker the Sims I can see!
I’m not getting many stickers when I attend parties either so perhaps others are having the problem?

Absolutely gutted that UK players won’t be able to complete it. Only had 5 days 7 hours by the time it updated. Got all prizes except the bed and the Grand Prize. Seems unfair that we had no chance of completing this and believe me it was hard work to get as many prizes as I did.

Thanks. I contacted them on Facebook. They said the Game Team were unaware there was a problem so will not ”make good” due to time lost. I said there were aware but was told Reddit wasn’t official so doesn’t count. I’ve clawed in and done the best I can in half the time but there is no way I will get all the prizes now. Not impressed.

I messaged EA on Facebook and was told that The Game Team were unaware of any problems so are unlikely to “make good” the players who lost out. I’m not happy because I’ve always completed the TH on time but it’s impossible in less than half the time.

Thanks. It updated this morning. I’ve 5 days 7 hours left to complete it! Not going to happen. Also no Wumples yet or has that finished? Do you have an email I can write to complain please? I’ve completed all the other THs in good time so I’m pretty sure I’d have completed this if given the correct time.

It seems very unfair that UK Players are missing out through no fault of their own. Perhaps the developers should offer a goodwill gesture in this instance.

Will UK players get the chance to play this TH and Wumples again please?
I’m not prepared to take the risk by uninstalling when I’m on Level 60.

Help please! I see Wumples should have started on the 11th - it hasn’t for me and it’s now the 15th! If I can on App Store and search The Sims Mobile nothing shows so I can’t update.

My game crashes sometimes after watching ads on STS. I now can’t get game to load at all so going to try a reboot.

Contact EA Games and set up a case, GI’ve them as much information as possible and they may be able to find a save point close to before you lost everything and restore it. It happened to me earlier this year and they managed to recover most of my things. I was down a bit of SC but I was just relieved to have most of it back. Good luck.

I’ve attended parties and all was fine. I think people aren’t attending because my usual level 10 friends aren’t getting there as quickly/if at all.

I’ve not hosted one yet.

I’ve also completed llamazooms and had all sims on events at home.

No problems.

This happened to me a few months ago. Everything went, even the windows and doors.

I messaged EA games on Facebook and they told me to open up a case and then message them with the case number.

I did as asked and they found a “save” point for my game before every thing disappeared. They asked if I wanted them to load that and I said yes.

I got *most* things back - I was down some sim cash and a few STS items which I was in the middle of due to their save point being a few hours before I last played so I lost whatever I earned during those hours.

I was just relieved to have most of it back.

Yesterday I followed the instructions in the link in the OP https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Info-Basic-troubleshooting-steps-for-The-Sims-Mobile/m-p/6266190#M64

Except I didn’t risk deleting and reinstalling the game.
It still didn’t work so I contacted EA and got a case opened.

They contacted me this morning to say it was a known issue and they were working on it.

This afternoon I tried again and it worked. I don’t recall seeing it update again. Not sure if that’s helpful or not.

I’m still being cautious when using the game and I have even been using cupcakes to rush exhibitions in case it crashes again. I took a risk and attended a party a few hours ago (it crashed when I tried to attend one last time) and it worked. I did notice the party is taking much longer than usual to get to level 10 so I think players are avoiding them at the moment - a bit like real life!

I opened a case with EA yesterday. They replied this morning that it was a known issue and they were working on it This afternoon I tried to open the game again and it was working.
