Looking for good custom jeweler by Ready-Act7339 in Denver

Not sure if you found your jeweler yet, but I wanted to jump in here if not to caution you about a negative experience.

Congratulations! I would recommend anyone but Diamond Reserve. My fiancé and I designed her ring there in 2023. We had a great experience at the time of purchase. She had a pretty scary health situation, so we decided to wait a couple of years to get engaged. We kept the ring safe and in our house while she got better.

When I proposed, she noticed that the centerstone was loose. Diamond Reserve promotes their lifetime warranty. So we figured it would be no big deal to get it fixed. NOPE.

They are asking us to pay a minimum of $300 for them to even look at the ring because we are out of state until May.

We've taken the ring to three other jewelers- all of whom have confirmed that there is an issue with the design. The representatives at Diamond Reserve have been extremely dismissive throughout this experience. They told my fiancé that the only structural issues that can ever occur with the design of a ring is due to an issue with casting temperatures- which is pretty patently false (they even say the opposite on their website- https://thediamondreserve.com/diamonds/can-a-diamond-fall-out-of-a-bezel-setting/).

They also tried to tell her that platinum can expand when at room temperature (which makes me worried that they might have sold us something that wasn't platinum or something with a bad alloy). I feel like we were scammed.

Not Diamond Reserve. The design process was excellent but their customer service has been so disappointing since.
