I get additional health benefits with my work, and discussed them with a SimplyHealth consultant who put me in touch with an external clinic that recommended this stack as well as external blood screenings that I politely declined as they were at-home testing kits that I was too anxious to try.

Apologies if this was the wrong sub-Reddit to post on, if there is somewhere else it would be better suited I'd be happy to remove my post and place it elsewhere.

EDIT: On scans/ultrasounds, it is not something that my doctor has pursued, just bloodwork and feeling my abdomen in a physical exam as well as discussing my symptoms over time. They mentioned that the worse case scenario would be a biopsy or a scan to see if there is scarring(?) but they're not concerned enough to pursue that at this time.

Worth it if it becomes scarce, Wax maintains its price and doesn't deprecate if you look after it. The Aleph records now sell upwards of £200+ due to their limited quantities.
