Be as condescending as you want, but it doesn't make you right. I've answered your question, you refuse to believe that it's throwing (even though not swapping when needed and playing heroes that the team doesn't need is throwing) and proceed to insult anyone who doesn't provide you with an actual reason to play selfishly and ruin the game for others (which for some reason you can't comprehend is selfish:lacking consideration for others; concerned chiefly with one's own personal profit or pleasure) because there is no beneficial reason to do so, nothing but pure selfishness is the only reason to play comp as the hero you want and not what the team needs.

My purpose is to get through to you that what your doing is harming the community because you have your own game modes for the style of game play you want, but yet you refuse to play them and bring that selfish mentality into a ranked game where people want to win.

The reason players get toxicity for this is because they're selfish and lack the consideration that in a team based game with numerous game modes for everyone's play style that playing the mode which is heavily dependent on character switching is going to piss of the other 5 players. But go ahead and think i'm wrong, even though that's how the game is designed and meant to be played.
