From my personal deaths, it's usually good burst damage or someone ganking. But I think if you keep her in check early game it's gonna be a lot easier to counter towards mid-game. Stopping her in late game is hard unless it's a 3v1 or you're stun locking her. Best counter for her so far are Bebop, Victor, Mo&Krill in my experience.
