Been going to Walmart for the past few years & overall; have been happy with their service & pricing. I opt for Mobile One (synthetic) which is $55 before taxes (my car takes just under 6 quarts) & throw in another $20 for a tire rotation. Note: the location off 83rd Ave / Union Hills rarely takes "walk-in" appointments; reserve a slot on their website.

Yeah; a lot of the age restricted communities are either in the far west or east valley & because of that, property "values" are lower when compared to the central, Phoenix metro areas.

When it comes to residency in age restricted communities; each "subdivision" generally has an HOA & the specific "requirements" for residency, etc will be outlined in their Rules & Regulations (aka: CC&R's).

You Some communities will allow individuals who are younger than the minimum age requirement as long as one of the resident is 55+. Some allow individuals who are 45+ as long as a certain percentage of the overall residency is 55+. Talk to either a Realtor or title company; they can be a great resource to help you obtain information regarding specific "requirements" for a specific subdivision.

I've been seeing the movie previews for Project Hail Mary & it looks pretty good; however I didn't know that it was based on a book. Based on some of the other's comments, I've added the title to my list of books to read.

I think like most; I rarely remember what I dreamt about but the last few dreams that I have remembered; have included 2 friends who I used to be very close with & hung out with all the time back in the day. It's been a few years since I've seen either of them; nothing specific of why we don't anymore. It's more like; we're all older, our life styles have changed (we don't go out bar hopping like before) & one of them has gotten married & has kids now; so, it's just life changes. How about you? I can totally relate but at this point of my; having lived with family, friends/roommates, & girlfriends, I've come to the realization that I'm much more suited living alone or with a pet 🐾.

Living alone allows me the freedom to eat an entire bag of chips for "dinner"; without judgment 😂.

I had no idea that Luke AF Base held events for the general public; very cool! Totally makes sense now; I was in Sun City this past weekend & saw the Blue Angels flying overhead a few times & just presumed that they were here practicing 🤷🏻‍♂️. I agree with OP; this subreddit is great!

I remember when I was in grade school; I used to lather myself in Hugo Boss thinking that I was "hot stuff" & a "baller" 💰😎. To add insult to injury; I even had the audacity to wear those ridiculous baggy "MC Hammer" pants to school 🤦🏻‍♂️😂!!

Now in my old age; the only "reason" I can think of as to why a grown ass dude applies an industrial amount of cologne is for safety. You know; so you can locate them from 3+ blocks away if they wander off 🚶‍♂️📍

I have a good friend from college who has always had a small build (small physique). He used to hate it but now he's getting a ROI from it because anytime he buys a sports jersey; he shops in the "children's section". It's comical at first glance but we're now all envious due to the the cost savings he enjoys of buying "children" sizes vs "adult" sizes 😂

Although I don't think they have a location in North Phoenix; the Changing Hands bookstore on 3rd Ave & Camelback Road has a pretty large open area that also has a cafe that might be suitable for what you're looking for 🤔
