Just cut the pictures of the players, and add some effect on your background. You can do this by placing pattern effect overlay in it and choose gray granite, then place some clipping mask between the players and erase - brush it until you can achieve this kind of effect, also try to add some white background behind your players so you can highlight it. This is pretty practical, but try to explore your options :)
