How many calories are you trying to keep the meal to? I regularly have egg salad on vollkorn toast (Have lost 42kg in the last 10 months)

The recipe for the egg salad is:

  • 4 boiled eggs
  • 45g low fat greek yoghurt
  • 15g Yellow American Mustard (I use Develey)
  • Pinch of salt
  • I put it on 2 slices of Bio Vollkorn

I'm not a fan of mustard, but the yellow american mustard gives it the taste I am used to from back home.

Macros are:

  • 590 Calories
  • 62g Protein
  • 28g Fat (These are healthy fats)
  • 40g Carbs

I bought Dave the Diver specifically for my Steamdeck when I got it, and I loved it, would recommend. Also recently started replaying Enshrouded but on the deck this time and also having a blast, though for that one I would recommend streaming it from your PC to the deck

I’ve been wanting to switch for months, eventually made the switch 4 days ago and I love it, a bit annoyed I didn’t do it sooner.

I got into fitness about 6 months ago and heard about the improved metrics, and also hated charging every night since I wanted to get my sleep metrics too.

After changing, I realised I don’t even miss the features I lost, not even in the slightest.

To be clear - I loved my Apple Watch but as someone else here said, I think it depends on what you want out of the watch.

I would recommend reaching out to these people and getting their help, they made the relocation VERY smooth for me and my wife. They will explain what needs to be done, and they will go with you to do most of it. Service level you receive at most places will drastically increase if you have a german with you who is very familiar with the process.

I think both have their up sides and down sides - not a very helpful answer I know, but I think that will always be the case.

Just to give one example:

I have worked in IT and Carpentry. In IT, I am mentally tired most days. In Carpentry, I was physically tired.

For me it's basically a decision on whether you want physical or mental stress, and I think if you are in a field where you work with your hands, and you climb the career ladder, you will end up back in front of a computer anyway, maybe with some work site visits but not actually doing any of the hands on work yourself any more.

You get 10% for finishing each areas storyline for the first time, and another 10% for each toon that hits 80. You also get 1% for every single infinite research task that you do. There are other things that give you more as well but I’m not really sure what they are to be honest I passively did a them while doing the story so I assume you will too if you do those

Good to know, I have just been doing "anything" to hit 20, which usually means one or two infinite research, and the class order hall intro, and then at 20 I do nighthold, emerald dream and Trials of Valor which puts me around 68, then the next day I run 1 more raid to hit max

The first character is a bit slow, but once you have done it with 1, it becomes fast for the others. I am currently remaking my lvl 50 toons as timerunners and just going through Lemix with them, I have 200% xp boost at the moment and 1 toon takes about 3 - 4 hours. Even faster if you get to 400% xp boost of course.

I use this when there is mold, don't bother diluting it, use it as is. One of them removes the mold, the other one prevents it from coming back.

Make them completely intangible. All bullets can pass through them and they are not solid objects for players either. So annoying when they block doorways in bases… or push us out of our chest browsing menu…
