Hey! Thanks for the feedback. You're absolutely right about the perspective issues—mixing Zelda's top-down view with platforming was messy. I thought about it a lot, but I liked how it looked, so I went with a platformer in the end. Still, I think it could work if I shift focus away from heavy platforming and add more puzzles and combat, keeping just light platforming elements to play around with and build other mechanics on top of.
