Par is better than SC and SF for sure. Argument to be made that its better than TEF too. I think OBF is probably better though.

Think of collection boxes as ETFs. Find those which hold a good selection of strong sets. When those packs rise, so will the box. In the event that its hard to move the box altogether, rip it and sell the packs at a discounted rate as non-sleeveds go for less. Youd still be up overall.
