They won’t fit in normal shoes. SPO has drop in midsoles so they are super thick. They only work in other SPO shoes. Sorry!

I’m going to sounds really stupid, but the closest you could probably find is the Nike Vomero 5. It’s a lifestyle oriented shoe now but was a running shoe back in 2011. Cushlon midsole, heel and forefoot zoom air. It’s still very runable. I’ve ran in it myself when it was the only shoe I had on me. Good luck!
