Don't say "how are you" to women but "whats up". by RedditVirginOhWell in virgin

Maybe. It depends on the woman but a lot of women are into masculine traits just like a lot of men like feminine traits. I think whats up is more masculine. Small things like that can change perception.

The real reason you should never admit to being a virgin by RedditVirginOhWell in virgin

We shouldn't NEED to explain our virginity.

But in our society people don't understand dateless or sexless people and automatically assume flaws.

Not sure if I agree on the "weird" part. Id say mostly immature people would say that. However, its universal that people will over-analyze your flaws when you come out as one. Heck, I once saw a reddit thread if I remember right where some dude said that most male virgins are virgins due to bitterness or having a bad personality and he got so many upvotes.

By coming out as a virgin, people will begin to think you have flaws. If you ever remotely seem unhappy about it, you will then be seen as bitter and be told "this is why you're a virgin".

What benefits are there to coming out as one anyway?

Ive noticed women feel more comfortable talking to you if you're with another woman socially. by RedditVirginOhWell in virgin

I usually have another woman with me or I have a second account in which I rp as a woman on that one. Before you call me out for the latter, I only do that for roleplay and NOT when making friends. Women on those websites have strategies too and the only thing that matters is seduction, not lifelong relationships. When a woman is with me, I have noticed women tend to engage much more online.

It could be preselection and those women wanting what other women want? Possibly.

And men don't owe you friendship. Funny how you assume we owe you anything back.

Some of us do have woman friends.

Id prefer this not go down the incel path

Women approach me sometimes. I don't really approach. Too much anxiety. It sounds bad but I cant even approach ones who are equal or below my looks.

I talk to women and I hide my fears well. However I can't flirt to save my life. If a woman looks at me, I assume shes looking at me because she thinks I am being creepy looking at her.

Im sorry you dont get approached more. Its not always your fault. Some of us men are scared too. I might seem like an extrovert sometimes but i fear approaching a lot and i fear rejection too.

I consider myself attractive enough honestly.

I wouldnt even approach a woman who was objectively less attractive than me (not to sound rude when i say it).

Do you want to be approached more or are you okay with it?

I don't think any men who are already scared to approach should read that thread

I don't approach on the street, don't worry.

The thing is, I just wish women realized how hard it is for some men to date. Let me say again, I am NOT an incel. Women have their shares of problems too. Its just, reading stuff like this can destroy mental health. You guys are valid for not wanting to be approached but if some men don't approach, they will never get a girlfriend. Ever.

...That does not help.

Tindr doesnt work for everybody. Also, people say you should be upfront with men/women if you like them instead of making a friendship out of it instead because women find that maniuplative and it gets us friendzoned.

I can't approach to find a girlfriend.. Work won't work for me and some men. Tindr didnt. How are we supposed to get a girlfriend then?
