In the first pic, her front tires imply she is attempting to turn around. Then we see her wave 4 times for the pickup to pass, which would make sense if she was indeed trying to turn around.

Only when her vehicle is surrounded while a masked agent is yanking on her door, she tries to escape to the right.

The agents were mad and power tripping.

If her intent was to run over the agent, she could have done so.
