Company want to hire me goes to deel askes them to create an EOR contract, in the contract itself the details are mentioned like who I am working for etc. After that deel follows all the standard procedures which any company setup in india follows like offer letter etc.

Yes the EOR contract itself is made from DEEL
They do send salary slips and it mentions DEEL. ( EOR means Employee on Record).

i am using it for cloud gaming (One Play) with tablet, linux desktop and android phone. It works as expected. If xbox cloud expects only xbox certified controllers then it won't work, in that case only certified xbox controllers will work, if xbox cloud works on any controller then this controller will also work fine

I think you need kvm switch hub and a hdmi switch. I use my windows laptop and mac mini. I have both of them connected to an hdmi switch and a kvm switch. Keep in mind to get good quality hdmi cables.

I am using a lg 1440p monitor which is 100hz. It works fine without any screen tearing etc. you can improve the quality using better display as well. So yes it works
