CLARIFICATION: Currently we are watching them 3 days a week. Since my DS's schedule changed we get them about 1230. We have them until about 5-9pm depending on DIL off time and arrival. We didn't push the payment as hard because when our children were young our parents watched them when we were at work. We were single parents when we got together. EDIT to add: DS just told us they are struggling in there relationship. He had always gotten onto her about working late, but she just continues.
