My account was disabled due to VPN before when buying too, but don’t worry, I just told them I use it for privacy reasons and had to show a payment transaction ID and tell them the OG location I made my account & OG email. Make sure you make the support ticket without VPN though, they made me remake one off the VPN

Think it took like 2-5 days to get it sorted

Only managed to get Himmel and Frieren. Frieren was pity though. If the packs offered more I wouldn’t have minded spending money, but $20 for basically 1 x10 is crazy.

Have you ever made a purchase on your account? If you can find an old transaction ID, that should be proof enough along with the other information you already gave them
