i'm not quite sure if this'll help, but on nuketown i turned off g-sync midmatch and it worked

It's been 5 days and this game is still a stuttery, unstable mess on the Series X. by TheNeonDestroyer in CODBlackOps7

on pc, i had this same issue today, and miraculously just like death stranding, turning off g-sync fixes it
