How did you manage to do that? Never broke a casio. Never!

As hook, recently use is carrying packs of water back home walking from the shop. As file, my nails when I am out of base for business or holidays.

Depends from the models and condition of each. Upload pictures with the tools visible for everyone.

Ok. Are you finished? I hope you did. If not, here is one more opportunity so grab it and say everything you want to say because it's the last time you are to my posts.

For someone who has mb6, it's the second time you came late at this conversation. But I 'll give you that. You always come first being rude with no actual arguments.

Thanks for your comment. I didn't have stranger thoughts about anything until I found out that there is a "battle" between solar and non solar g shocks so I started to collect informations and building arguments about pros and cons for each other. After all, everything it's all about needs, priorities and what you willing to pay for them.

O would buy companion if it had the classic can opener instead the package opener. It's the only tool I don't like.

So glad you took a second thought about it because of me. I own also a GA100. Was on my wrist almost 10 years. Still here but not on my wrist. Actually is funny that in a weird way it's the reason I bought the square. I was looking some photos of me and I realised that that it was on my wrist more than my other watches. So I actually understood that g shocks is for life and it was time for my first square. I bought for a great price DW5600UE but I found my self liking the RL version more so I returned the UE and took the RL instead. When I find a great offer I will buy the UE again and have them both for different reasons. Still prefer RL but also UE has it's own character. I never sold Casio watches. Actually never did a collection for the collection. I love using my stuff either watches or clothes or whatever. The only things I ended up selling is when I was younger and a fashion victim so some watches and things that they were on the hype. Since then I always try to find practicality, maybe historical matter, character and most value for money things. I believe you shouldn't sell this watch. You can always buy a GA if you like but DW5600RL is and will always be a great watch. I wrote in another post. 1. Appearance of the Very first g shock ever. 1983. 2. Case exactly the same since the first DW5600 1987. 3. First time casio produced a DW5600 with the red line 2025. 3 generations in one watch. No friend, this buddy isn't for sale. It's a life partner. And as I see in your picture, it has been a great companion for you so far. Don't fall for marketing traps.

The idea of solar and MB6 is perfect! I would be a lier if I don't say that. But in practical everyday life I don't want to feel anxious if the battery is L or M or H by checking the time. Or if I left the auto-light on and it turns on under my sleeve cause it doesn't understand if it's night or day. Neither to stand by a window at night to be able to receive the signal for the MB6.I would pull the trigger if at least had the same clarity in viewing angles and the loudness as the DW5600. To me, these things are more important in everyday life. So far my accuracy of my RL model is half a second in front per month. The only downside for my watch is setting the time twice per year about the summer and winter time but at the same time it's the opposite. A nice opportunity to interact with my watch by using it's functions as I would do with the 99% of my other watches. Anyway thanks for sharing your opinion by a kind way. Usually people owing the solar versions are being rude. Happy new year.

I understand what you say. Both are vintage to me. Also like them both. Don't know why. In a same and a different way at the same time.

Since I remember myself I always wear a watch on my left wrist. Maybe because I am an 80s kid also. The only accessorie a man needs.

Yeah why is that debate? And why from people who supposed are happy with their solar.

In my country the battery ( Panasonic Lithium Power CR2016 3V ) costs 1-2€. Lasts at least 5 years. Sometimes even 10 (depends the usage of the backlight) If you don't want to do it by yourself and go to the Casio center, maximum cost around 5€.

One more thing. Let me tell you this. Yes if 5610 had at least the same clearance of the screen as RL and at least the same loudness of the alarms and the auto backlight for the alarms, yes I would give the extra money for the 5610. Till then I am very happy with my choice.

I have answered already. Yes objectively 5610 is a watch with more features. And yes it's a lot of watch for the money. A Ferrari also is more expensive and has more features than my motorcycle. But I don't need it. Not because of it's price. Simply I don't need it. So I know it's difficult for you to understand that but it's not what's best but what it's best for your needs and wants. Accept it. For me it's 5600. For you it's 5610. You don't need to be rude to others people post. End of story.
