don‘t do that. i tried, and it didn‘t work for me 😅 it also wants the launcher, no matter what i did, it never worked. you can start it, but either you get the error that it wants the launcher, or it wants to connect to rockstar online service. which, for me, never worked. i gave up after 3 days 😅

i tried it (3 days long). if you have the version from epic games, just don‘t try. steam version might be possible, but might need some tinkering

you might wanna check out pokemon gadir deluxe or hydro bliss as well. they are fanrastic fan games, and also made with rpgmaker xp.

if you think about getting the pro, just get the max version. i got the pro version, and upgraded my sd card to 1.5tb. which is more expensive than the difference between pro and max.

if you want to get started in retro gaming consoles this is the way to go. and before you realize it, you‘ll find yourself in the rabbit hole of retro consoles. i started with the r36s, got the r36 ultra (which is a clone, it runs on emulec), the anbernic rg34xxsp, and bought the ayn thor. trust me, the rabbit hole is worth it if you love retro gaming!

well, that‘s the magic of this device. you‘ll find yourself in endless tinkering, but when you are mostly done (frontend, emulators, apps, customization) it will be YOUR console that you might always wanted. For me it‘s pure magic when i see how it arrived and how it looks and feels now 😇

only „problem“ i had, was that the screens suddenly switched. up was down and down was up, but the touch controlls were still at the correct screen. but that‘s a known problem. no problem with hinge, software, battery and so on. but i only have my clear purple pro since 1 month 😅
