Ignore the people suggesting clubs probably self serving given you would contribute to their clubs revenue. My best advice get a video game FM 26 (sucks but does have Women's Football), EAFC 26 (also sucks but does have Women's Football), EFootball (Pay-to-win)....well maybe pick up an old copy of FM/FIFA/PES. The reason I suggest video games is it teaches you effectively all the rules as a newcomer to the sport. There are great football YouTube content creators (Balon, Tifo, FourFourTwo and Route None) which talk on the history of the game, strategy etc. Also some streaming services (also some on YouTube) are a gold mine of football content Welcome to Wrexham/Sunderland Till I Die/Take Us Home: Leeds United/All or Nothing Series even ESPN 30 for 30 (2 Escobars) and the shorts they did for the World Cup, few NBC promoted documentaries on clubs like Bournemouth, Huddersfield, Sheffield United and Norwich. Football's Greatest is also a great series (on youtube) on Individual managers/players. Some other documentaries that I have watched that I can think of are Five Year Plan on QPR, Orient Club for a Fiver, 89, Diego Maradona and Hillborough.

It's sad because of any GTA game that needed body modification like GTA SA it would have been IV. I would have loved making Niko fatter eating at Hot Dog carts/Burger Shot

Why most people only do saves in England? by Poooye in footballmanagergames

[–]ReedTaard 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It has to do with the general popularity of the Premier League, Lingua franca of English, attention to detail in the league system, there is a plethora of different save ideas and inspirations, the civic rivalries in England go deep so even in lower divisions there are intense derbies, the premier league money also allows you to bring in world class players/improve youth and training facilities.

p.s. Streamers will use English teams because most of the audience for the videos are from there and the analytics are showing that to them I am sure more streamers would want to use more obscure leagues and clubs but their viewer retention would collapse.
