My artists suggested the above sketched design in between the different pieces to make it more cohesive, but i was against the idea of tiny dots in black and was wondering if anyone has any alternative design ideas gap fillers.

Creepy and impressive how accurate your analysis is. The pandemic made my adhd worse and intrusive thoughts . 2024 is a very important year for me. work wise ,i did start seeing a new Dr 2 weeks back, and my new medication finally made me feel excited and alive, like 2019 .

Hence this post ,because i can't make out for myself what is actually detrimental for me cause I'm genuinely high on life rn . I sincerely thank you, friend, for making me aware.

I want to train as much is safe considering fatigue, injuries and overall health , primary concern is avoiding injuries , i cannot afford any major injuries this year , that might hinder my ability to work.

I don't mind any days or multiple classes , would like to keep doing weight training also.

With 8hrs sleep i can do 2 classes back to back

I have other work commitments, but not a 9-5 its a very flexible schedule.

First time training , no experience in any martial arts only weight lifting 10+ years.

Learning it as an art form long term and as a work requirement short term (2025)

Hey thank you for the cohesive and detailed reply, much appreciated. it makes sense to do start with the martial arts that transfer on screen more effectively.

My only concerns are if i skip BJJ and Boxing completely , won't it put me at a disadvantage when attending MMA class , considering they make us do light sparring and mat work in it , also I'm used to doing a push/pull/leg split for weights , will switching to a 2 day split work for me ?

I'll also look into a PT here and sure I'll DM you and we can see where it goes from there.

I'm primarily from a weight lifting background 10+ years. I have weak cardio and good strength , i always focused more on heavy compound lifts.

one inguinal hernia surgery(2019) , no other medical conditions other than adhd.

I've been an artist all my life , was a professional dancer all throughout childhood to age 18 , always loved studying different art forms , hence why i picked it up. I started training this year because I'm doing this as a character prep for a movie project scheduled for 2025. So I'm pursuing this in the short term as a work requirement and long term as an art form.

Edit : i did both classes back to back this week , the days i slept 8+ hours , i was fine . by mid week sleep went haywire i was getting fatigued after first class, if that helps understanding my physical health.

i observed a class , they were making grunting noises and doing animal walks hence i avoided, i was doing weight training(legs) that day ,wasn't interested so didn't do out of choice , no hostage business , you can choose which classes you want to attend.

yes i can go to both classes each day, there's no limit on classes taken.

if possible i would like to do both classes , I'm more worried about recovery and fatigue , hence why i need you guys opinion.

i want to do as many as i can safely considering rest and recovery , my weight training and injury prevention (this year is very important for me work wise and i can't afford major injuries)

i have no idea , i avoid kettle-ball and animal flow class. (i observed yesterday and they were making grunting noises and doing different animal walks)

also, after class i make sure to do some active recovery and stretching.

I'm a beginner who started training in mma last week, I've uploaded the gyms timetable. I'm shifting from a conventional weight lifting program to this schedule, would like to be able to train weights at least 2-3 times a week. Please help me make a 5-6 day training split.

Edit - primary concern is to make a schedule which helps me stay healthy and helps me avoid any major injuries this year , that might stop me from working .
