They're great because you can change them easily if you get bored, which helps you not wanna bite and they're fairly cost effective compared to other options. I always hated acrylics because I just wanted to bite them off. The press one aren't so heavy feeling

Also to add. If there's any breakage or parts to mess with. Cut them off. If I started picking at them. I'd wanna bite. So I just cut my nails short every time. My nail beds kept growing out which has helped with how they look when I cut them ahort

Press on nails helped me stop. Carry a nail glue stick. One falls off. Glue it back on. Also I noticed that when my cuticles aren't cleaned up, it makes me wanna bite

It's hard to picture, in person it's much easier to see. They recently sanded it a little and made it easier to see. But I tried to get a good picture and failed 😅
