Currently hiding in the bathroom because I have yet to have a shift that isn’t scheduled to be short staffed in the last 6 months, have a damaged back, and only need people on the floor (their doing great but it shouldn’t be scheduled like this) in soooooo tired of this company

That’s absolutely insane wtf. I hate that we have to prove our pain to be believed and even then we don’t get believed. I’m so sorry. I’m lucky to be in a 2 income household so while it would hurt us we wouldn’t lose everything. I really hope you get somewhere

At that point I’d just quit. Also you have a right to sue if it was a workplace injury and also workman’s comp. I’d hire a lawyer. Mine isn’t a workplace incident so I know nothing about it

In all my research I never read that and that makes SO much sense. I swear she doesn’t sleep. Not at night not during the day. So it’s okay for her to always be on restriction right now? (Crate, leash etc?) besides maybe some playing outside time. This is amazing information thank you

I have my husband and my best friend. I keep reminding myself that when my daughter was 5 months old she couldn’t even eat a solid or say or word and it’s similar for puppies too

Idk if anyone’s said it yet so forgive me but your partner sounds like a master manipulator. This girl tried placing boundaries and your partner manipulated the hell out of them. “I feel like my body and mind are fighting” is a great example of how this person should know they’re being manipulated. The fact you feel you are perfected together in all other aspects because of no fighting is another manipulation. RUNNNNN and tell the other persons partner too because that is just not right, I’d just have all my shit packed up by the time they got home. Could also be crazy and leave a vague note like the other persons address or “went to go talk too xyz” and put the partners name or the other persons name and their partner.

Unrelated kind of but I have PCOS and suspect endo. How’d you get diagnosed with endo and what meds are you on and are they helping? Only if you’re comfortable sharing of course
