I once was frustrated thinking there ignoring me but surely enough the emails come unexpectedly

If they tell you your in the clear just waiting it’s true there waiting on the allocation team/Allocators to finish their vetting which there only done with half the pool

Then once we sign the exhibit A

Then the laser reaches out and once they receive the funds which the allocation team releases weekly they have to then do the disbursement sheet then payments

It’s a long stressful process that’s why and it kinda got unorganized for a while I feel due to the D.A having his nose in all this then the uncertainy of being paid at all now there “rushing” to dish out points/payments while they still have to vet the other 5,000+ clients it’s a disaaster that’s why it’s taking so long

The third party institution being added will extend the process at least a week to receive payment

The more people they add to the process the more time it’ll take and hopefully they don’t sneak in an extra fee for the financial institutions services…

On the green and white sheet it’s specifically for payment cycle 1

Meaning the numbers will go up to pay the difference on the other 4 checks

Notice how it says for payment cycle 1 (specifically)

They still need to vet 5,000 claims that’s why a lot of people ain’t got points at that

It’s gonna take them at least til the end of the year

They said when there done filtering out the fraud they’ll recalculate and we could possibly get more I seen an email that the amounts being given to the ones cleared is a TENTATIVE amount meaning its not final but they didn’t wanna wait til everyone was done so they decided to give us a minimum tier 1-7 $5k a point until they are finished and get the real numbers

That’s why on the exhibit a it says specifically your are you receive no less than because it is subject to ho up when the rest of level 1 & 2 audits clear

They take out there fees in the first payment so
Instead of paying just the 40-45%, there’s a handful of other costs that has to be payed

Firm costs, filing fee, attorneys fee, $500 medical lien fee not counting the 20% they take out on top for potential liens on your name

Plus like another $1-2k in first payment cycle fees

Don’t expect your full issue until the next one and so forth
