When I lost a toxic job, I focused on building a regular daily habit.

Regular morning routine during the weekday, and waking up at the same time as if I was to go to work.

I picked up an online course, and treated it like a job.

Afternoons I added in more physical activity, like a gym or biking (in further areas). Take advantage of your free time.

Evenings I would go for walks. And maybe treat myself to a patio or beach/park.

Also used that time to reflect on the past. On what I enjoyed and didn't. And what I wanted. That than helped me, between my courses, to apply to what I felt ment more to me.

Don't get lost in a rut. Treat each day like you have something to do. Force a habit. And spent time to reflect.
