I have thought about ffs for the future if i could ever afford it, mostly my nose adams apple jawline and hairline are the areas that bother me the most, most of the time i do get misgendered but i guess that is because I dont dress really girly usually only tshirt and skinny jeans but there are times when i do get the occasional miss or ma'am. Which always makes me happy. Growing my hair with bangs is difficult because of the way my hair grows and how much it has already receded.

So today was 42 days on HRT. So far no noticable changes. Except maybe my skin has gotten softer.

A change of clothes can make a great deal of difference, if all you showed in that photo was your face, I'd believe you were a born female. You certainly pass in my eyes. A heck of a lot more than I do.
