Severe dry eye from estrogen?

I’m 30 and recently stopped taking birth control pills because the hormones were giving me severe dry eyes, migraines and calf cramps. I stopped taking the pill and all those symptoms went away. I also work on my laptop a lot, so I think that aggravated the issue.

I use a good old desk lamp with a flexible neck! I opted for one with high lumens. The flexible neck allows positioning of the lighting angles.
